Musée d'Orsay

Being in Paris for Christmas was a dream.

It was just magical.

On the first day, we visited the Musée d'Orsay, it was just amazing. Many famous pieces are housed there, by artists such as Van Gogh, Monet, Degas, Renoir, Manet, Gauguin as well as a temporary exhibit of Edvard Munch’s work. We got the documentary headsets to commentate our visit too, however it is €‎6, and it isn’t necessary to have an enjoyable trip.

We also visited the gallery shop and I was bought a print of Monet’s Water Lilies, for a Christmas gift.

The final thing to mention, is that we made use of the two museums in one ticket offer. This allowed us to visit the Musée de l'Orangerie the next day, making both trips a total of €‎20.

Definitely worth doing.
